Our main activities are to provide services for older people, which include befriending, social activities, advice, information, support and physical activities.
Through our range of activities we aim to combat isolation, depression and loneliness. Our tai chi, chair based exercise and kurling sessions provide physical activities with a social connection.
We offer one-to-one befriending in the members home, social clubs, tai chi, chair based exercise and kurling classes, residential befriending and an independent living service.
