Friendship at Home is a small staff team, made up of:
|Lyse Stephenson – Operational Manager – Lyse@friendshipathome.org.uk
Lyse is a qualified social worker, who has been working for F@H for since 2006. Lyse is responsible for providing day to day operational leadership and management of F@H, ensuring it continues to become an even more vibrant, wider-reaching and effective organisation for the benefit of older people. She also has previous experience in nursing care and counselling. Lyse has been active in the voluntary sector for over 20 years volunteering for a number of local organisations.

Julie has worked in the voluntary sector most of her working life including voluntary work and as paid staff. Her responsibilities include writing funding bids, securing quality marks and networking with other organisations; developing Friendship at Home to become sustainable in the future.
|Dawn Gibson – Older People’s Support Worker – Dawng@friendshipathome.org.uk
Dawn oversees the Independent Living Scheme. She is responsible for the overall running of the project, including volunteer recruitment and member assessments.

After undertaking a placement with us, Toni now runs the Independent Living scheme with Dawn Gibson. Toni is also responsible for overseeing the Monday Bingo Club and the Thursday Social Club.
|Dawn Charlton – Member and Volunteer Worker – Dawn@friendshipathome.org.uk
Dawn is our Member and Volunteer coordinator. She is responsible for the matching of members and volunteers for the befriending scheme, volunteer recruitment, and overseeing training, reviews and assessments.
|Linda Thomas – Outreach Support Worker and Club Coordinator – Linda@friendshipathome.org.uk
Linda is responsible for overseeing our Outreach Project, working to extend the reach of our current services across Immingham, Caistor and the surrounding areas. Linda is also responsible for member and volunteer recruitment in these areas, training volunteers, and also liaising with existing organisations. Linda runs our Immingham Culture Club on a Monday and Wednesday Club for people with memory problems.
|Amanda Sparkes – Dementia Community Support Worker – Amanda@friendshipathome.org.uk
Mandy is responsible for overseeing our most recent project that supports people with Dementia and their family/carers. For the last 22 years Mandy has worked across several domains of adult social care and qualified as a registered social worker in 2015. Mandy has a passion for improving the lives of people with Dementia and their carers so joined us at FAH in April 2017.

Clare assists Mandy on the new project that supports people with dementia and their carers. Clare brings with her several years of experience working with older people in the community. Clare is committed to improving the life’s of people with Dementia and joined Friendship at Home in April 2017.

Jackie oversees the running of the Tuesday Social Club.
|Joan Wright – Thursday Bingo Club Coordinator
Joan oversees the running of the Thursday Bingo Club.

Amy is our full-time administrator and bookkeeper with responsibilities such as assisting the Operational Manager with monitoring targets and budgets, supporting Lucy with her development within FAH and other general Admin tasks. Amy started with us in May 2016 as an admin apprentice.

Lucy joined us in April 2017 and supports the team’s admin worker whilst also assisting the Dementia Action Action in an admin capacity. Lucy is responsible for handling the post, dealing with enquires, liasing with club coordinators and other admin duties.
