What We Do

Our main activities are to provide services for older people, which include befriending, social activities, advice, information, support and physical activities.

How It Helps

Through our range of activities we aim to combat isolation, depression and loneliness. We aim to provide a range of physical activities with a social connection.

Beneficial Activities

We offer one-to-one befriending in the members home, social clubs, tai chi, chair based exercise and kurling classes and residential befriending.

Our services are open to everyone aged 60 or over residing in North East Lincolnshire, with the majority of our members facing loneliness and isolation.
Prospective members are referred to us from various sources, including self referrals, family, neighbours, GP’s Practices, Social Services, Shoreline Social Housing and L&H.
To refer someone to our services, please contact us via telephone.

Some of our members suffer with depression, anxiety, memory concerns and other mental health issues.
Others have physical conditions, which are a barrier to being socially active within the community.
We carry out a full assessment on each member and, together with the them, decide which service will most suit their needs.
All members have access to the services we provide: Befriending, Social Groups, Exercise Classes, Information, Advice and Signposting etc.
